ALL restaurants are required to have their Health Department License in good standing. We require a copy of your license and the most recent Health Department Inspection to be on file with GuestRaunt.
We require mandatory compliance of a third party inspection that occurs no less than once annually to ensure that your restaurant is compliant with safe food handling practices and sanitation standards. Time and temperature logs are required and must be filled out completely and submitted to GuestRaunt daily.
Insurance requirements must be met and maintained along with a complete understanding of our food service agreement.
SET UP EXPECTATIONS
A schedule is provided to you in advance so you arrive promptly at your location. When your area has been set up (per GuestRaunt specs) your food must be temped (2nd time). Sanitizing water, digital thermometers, gloves & hair restraints are part of proper service and sanitation. Every restaurant must provide all carry out containers, eating utensils and napkins.
Ready! Set! Go! To service large volumes of customers you will need to serve items that are ready to eat and can be easily assembled. Organization is key, so be sure you are prepared to staff accordingly for each location. We use the "Clean As You Go" business model to ensure great customer service and appearance.
CLEAN UP EXPECTATIONS
Restaurants are required to clean up after service and leave the area as it was before your arrived. You are certainly required to wipe up any spills that may occur from your staff while on premise. Disposal of all packaging materials that you use is a must and prompt removal of all your equipment is required. You should never leave any food on premise and must take away any food that may be left over.
